Yoga To Tap Into Your Curiosity

This class is all about tapping into your curiosities. I recently read Sah D'Simone's book "Spiritually Sassy" and there was a quote I absolutely loved:

"Curiosity is not random. I think we forget that the things we are curious about are the things that will set us free."

We'll use this class to explore some poses (like wild thing) to tap into getting curious in our bodies, and spend time at the end to reflect on other things in your life that you are feeling pulled toward. Maybe it's a new hobby, joining an organization, volunteering somewhere, or decorating your home. The possibilities are endless! For now, just let your mind wander and explore what comes up for you. Like Sah states, your curiosities will not lead you astray.

Here is the Spotify playlist for this class, "Yoga Flow Curiosity".
