30-Minute Yoga Flow

In this 30-minute class we'll focus on the transition into poses. So often we rush to land in a pose and never take the time to check our alignment, adjust or fidget, and really land in the posture. I'll guide you through each transition with lots of queues to help you find a position that you can settle into and hold.
