An Efficient Yoga Flow

Sometimes we just need a quick yoga class. No matter how much we prioritize self-care and wellness, there will inevitably be days when we have to squeeze it into our busy schedules. I've been there! This 20-minute vinyasa class will allow you to drop-in, focus on your breath, and still give you a full body workout.

One quick note, I ended up talking through savasana to show a feet-up-the-wall option, so I recommend pausing the video and using the last song on the playlist for your savasana.
