Yoga for Risk-Taking

This class is focused on embracing risk-taking. We'll work on balancing poses, including half moon as our peak pose. It's so easy as yogis to shy away from challenging poses, especially when we're more focused on getting it perfect instead of embracing the shakiness and falls. This practice will help you push past mental blocks that may keep you from trying new things without getting too attached to the outcome.
