Yoga That’s Just For You

When was the last time you did something that was just for you? It wasn’t a request from someone else. It wasn’t something you needed to do. It wasn’t even something you thought you ‘should’ do. I’m talking about doing something simply because you find it enjoyable. It’s something that lights you up and makes you feel rejuvenated. Was it today? Last week? Last month? Too difficult to think of anything at all? You’re not alone. Take a break from your day and find joy in this yoga flow. Let this class be just for you.

And don’t worry, if doing yoga sometimes feels like a “should”, you are still more than welcome to join! There are times I’ve walked into a class because I knew I should be there and that I’d feel better afterward. About halfway through the practice I inevitably find myself relaxing into the rhythm of breathing and stretching. There’s always a chance to find rejuvenation in every class, even if that’s not your initial intention coming into it. Plus, at the end of this class, you’ll set an intention to do one more thing that’s just for you, so go wild choosing something else that truly fills up your cup and then make it happen!

I recommend putting on your favorite yoga playlist. If you don't have one, check out my public playlists on Spotify.
